Job Description Inside Sales Customer Service opportunity with a well-established packaging company SUMMARY: Great opportunity for someone who is ready to take their sales career to the next level. This role will manage and grow existing accounts as well as explore new business opportunities. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: · Outside sales, hunting for new customers and managing, servicing and increasing business with existing customers. · Develop account leads and new accounts. · Conduct in-person customer meetings and recruiting new customers. · Research the market for new customer leads as well as finding new customers to be approached and recruited. · First point of contact with customers, responsibility for all pricing preparation and submission to customers. · Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive growth. · Improve customer experience and satisfaction, strengthening customer loyalty. · Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers. · Analyze market dynamics and KPIs maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the current trends of sales, both business and product context, current offers and customer positioning. · Handle all customer claims/care, and interact with internal company departments, including quality department for non-conformities. · Prepare annual sales forecast, customer sales and marketing related reports as requested from time to time by management. · Responsible for weekly/monthly internal service meetings, with customer-related data to track progress of projects and success rate of open quotes, orders and monthly billing. EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, EDUCATION AND ABILITIES: · 3+ years of experience in the packaging industry. · Strong communication and presentations skills. · Self motivated and career driven. · Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers. · Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM Systems. · Ability to find customers and close deals. · Strong business acumen, able to understand market trends and forecasts. · Solid organization and interpersonal skills · Problem Solving · Team player Full benefits, generous base plus commissions, stable company, team environment, room for growth.
