Job Description Job Summary The GMA Pallet Repair Technician is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and rebuilding pallets with exceptional consistency and attention to detail, ensuring all pallets meet company quality standards. This role performs a variety of assembly-line repair tasks—from identifying and correcting damage, replacing or reinforcing boards, to ensuring all completed pallets are clean, safe, and ready for use. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily production goals and maintaining smooth operations within the facility. This may include exposure to dust, fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold), and moderate to high noise levels. Steel-toed boots and other personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.
