The Marketing team is responsible for creating moments of connectionfrom national brand experiences to hyper-local community engagement. We bring the brand to life through events, storytelling, and immersive experiences grounded in Aloha, craft, and culture. About The Role: The OluKai Senior Program Manager (PM) is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution and delivery in a production-driven retail environment. This role drives disciplined program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive-ready reporting across functions such as Product, Production, Planning, Finance, Operations, Marketing and Sales. The Senior Program Manager ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within cost constraints, and aligned to strategic business priorities. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Strategic Translation: Convert enterprise and portfolio priorities into clear program objectives, milestones, and measurable outcomes., • End-to-End Program Planning: Develop and maintain integrated program plans spanning concept through commercialization, aligning scope, schedule, resources, and deliverables., • Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate collaboration across design, sourcing, manufacturing, coordination, commercial, and other functional teams to ensure cohesive execution., • Dependency & Integration Management: Identify and actively manage cross-functional dependencies, handoffs, and integration points to prevent delays and operational disruption., • Risk, Issue, and Change Management: Proactively assess risks, resolve issues, and control scope or requirement changes to protect timeline, cost, and quality., • Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management: Provide clear, data-driven updates to senior leadership; escalate critical decisions and align stakeholders around trade-offs and priorities., • Governance & Accountability: Establish and enforce program governance, decision rights, and performance tracking to ensure transparency and ownership., • Delivery Execution & Problem Solving: Drive milestone achievement, remove blockers, and apply structured problem-solving to maintain delivery momentum., • Financial & Value Management: Monitor budgets, forecast financial impact, and ensure programs deliver expected business value and ROI., • Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned, refine processes, and enhance program management standards to improve future execution., • Other responsibilities as required. Requirements and Qualifications: • Bachelors degree is required., • 7+ years of program management expertise leading cross-functional initiatives in manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, apparel, or supply chain driven environments., • Demonstrated success managing complex timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders across multiple departments and functions., • Strong working knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain concepts, such as lead times, capacity planning, supplier management, and quality gates., • Proven ability to drive outcomes without direct authority in matrixed organizations., • Strong executive communication skills with expertise presenting risks, trade-offs, and decisions clearly., • High proficiency with program planning and tracking tools (i.e. Asana)., • Experience with global sourcing and international supplier ecosystems., • Familiarity with product development lifecycle (concept development production go-to-market/launch retail)., • Experience in change management and cross-functional adoption., • PMP, PgMP, Agile certification, or equivalent. Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $111,000 to $140,000 plus opportunity for annual bonus; salary is based on the experience that you bring to the position. Location: This is an in-office position, minimum of 4 days per week in office with the option to work from home 1 day per week, in Irvine, CA. This work schedule is subject to change without notice as per company guidelines.
