These roles support customer-focused communications in a structured and compliance-driven environment. Job Description: The Marketing Specialists will contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of email and digital marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms. These positions collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and data partners to ensure targeted messaging, accurate deployment, and continuous performance improvement. The ideal candidates are analytical, detail-focused, and comfortable working in regulated industries. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the setup, scheduling, and deployment of email campaigns and automated workflows, • Create and maintain email templates for promotional, operational, and notification communications while adhering to brand guidelines, • Design and execute testing strategies to evaluate messaging, creative elements, timing, and audience segmentation, • Analyze engagement and conversion metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities, • Produce performance reports and dashboards to communicate results and insights to stakeholders, • Conduct thorough quality reviews of content, links, personalization, and automation prior to launch, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine personalization tactics and customer journeys, • Evaluate and pilot new email features, personalization capabilities, and engagement tools, • Use historical results and industry benchmarks to support performance goals, • Maintain strong deliverability through list management, suppression rules, and audience hygiene best practices, • Stay informed on evolving digital marketing trends, tools, and compliance requirementsQualifications:, • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar tools, • Exposure to email testing, rendering, or optimization tools (e.g., Litmus or comparable platforms), • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and testing outcomes, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, • Experience working within regulated or compliance-oriented industries preferredPerks:, • Hybrid work schedule with onsite collaboration, • Opportunity to support high-impact, data-driven marketing initiatives, • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits IND 005-010
