Job Description About the Role We have bold growth goals for 2026 and new markets actively coming online. The Growth Marketing Manager is the engine behind making that happen. You will own our full marketing function across Eastern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, including campaigns, SEO, digital advertising, social media, HubSpot, referrals, SDR management, and more, all from our Brookfield home office. You will also lead two high-impact Year 1 initiatives: completing and launching our new website (well underway, needs final content, SEO, and launch), and leading our full CRM migration to HubSpot with the support of HubSpot's professional onboarding team. We are looking for an “A” player who brings initiative and self-direction, is never satisfied with a campaign that doesn't perform, and is ready to own real outcomes. Growth-minded professionals ready to step into or expand a leadership role are strongly encouraged to apply. What You'll Own • Lead multi-step, multi-channel marketing campaigns across all active markets with messaging adapted per territory, • Own GoTech's SEO strategy and monthly content publishing across all four market territories, • Use AI tools daily for content generation, campaign automation, competitive monitoring, and reporting, • Plan and manage geo-targeted digital advertising and lead GoTech's social media presence across all platforms, • Own Google Business Profiles across all locations; manage reviews and grow our reputation systematically, • Direct and manage our digital media intern on video and content production strategy and calendar, • Build and manage GoTech's referral program and partner network; coordinate events across all active territories, • Manage and hold accountable our SDR: weekly check-ins, KPI tracking, and outreach aligned to active campaigns, • Lead prospect follow-up across all markets and pipeline stages; maintain clean HubSpot pipeline tracking and deliver weekly reports, • Drive upsell campaigns to existing clients and manage the client gift and recognition program What We're Looking For • 2–4 years in a B2B marketing manager or senior marketing role with a proven track record of results OR 4+ years as a marketing coordinator or marketing assistant who is ready to step into a leadership role and has the accomplishments to back it up, • Hands-on AI tool experience (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent); required, not optional, • HubSpot proficiency: builds and manages campaigns, automation, and pipelines in HubSpot, • Initiative and self-direction; anticipates what needs to be done and drives it forward, • CRM migration experience and HubSpot certifications are a strong plus, • SEO knowledge: keyword research, on-page optimization, Google Search Console, • Digital advertising experience: Google Ads, Meta Ads, geo-targeting, • Canva or equivalent for professional, on-brand creative production, • Strong B2B business writing: clear, persuasive, jargon-free, • Social media management for business: strategy, content, community engagement, • Microsoft 365 proficiency (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint) What We Offer • $48,000 to $65,000 base salary based on experience, • Results-based performance bonus tied to campaign outcomes, pipeline growth, and market expansion, • Simple IRA retirement plan with company participation, • QSEHRA health insurance reimbursement plan, • Company-provided life insurance, • Unlimited PTO, • Work from home opportunities; occasional travel for industry conferences or events, • Senior leadership advancement opportunities as GoTech expands across two states Growth & Advancement GoTech is building a leadership team to match its two-state expansion and bold growth ambition.
