Greets visitors and guests in the reception area. The Corporate Receptionist represents the company in a professional, personable manner. The Receptionist Coordinator will also handle incoming telephone calls and assist with various functions in the Facilities Department.

Responsibilities: Greet visitors and direct to appropriate recipients; Operate Cisco phone system and answer inquiries; Collect and distribute mail and messages; Arrange bookings of meeting rooms; Maintain accurate and organized files.
