Responsibilities You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while growing your production and business. What you will do: • Respond quickly to high-intent inbound Zillow leads and create a strong first impression, • Build trust and long-term relationships from the first interaction, • Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction, • Show homes, conduct buyer consultations, and present offers with confidence, • Help clients make informed decisions in a competitive market, • Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to protect your clients and win deals, • Use Navigate's proven systems, CRM, and technology to stay organized and consistent, • Track conversations and follow up to convert opportunities into closings, • Leverage Navigate's marketing, brand, and tools to grow your database and referral business, • Stay up to date on market trends, contracts, and fair housing guidelines, • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and accountability to continually improve Experience New Agents Welcome.
