What You’ll Do: • Welcome prospective residents and help them find their ideal home through tours, consultations, and lease processing., • Build lasting relationships with residents and contribute to a welcoming, service-focused community., • Assist with marketing efforts and resident engagement events., • Handle administrative tasks such as processing applications, updating availability, preparing leases, and managing inquiries via phone, email, and text., • Customer service or sales experience (prior leasing experience a plus)., • Strong communication skills and professional presence., • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities., • Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused approach., • Availability to work rotating weekends., • Monthly and holiday bonus opportunities., • Housing discount., • Comprehensive benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance, plus FSA and HSA options., • $1,000–$1,500 annual company contribution to your HSA., • 401(k) with 4% match and historically strong profit-sharing contributions (all immediately vested)., • Generous PTO, including a wellness day, floating holiday, and community service day.
