Job DescriptionDescription: • Outbound sales solicitation via phone, email and marketing strategies., • Schedule appointment presentations of our products and services to new and existing clients., • Manage incoming loan submissions, review for completeness, and ensure accurate data entry into loan origination systems., • Serve as a point of contact for clients, answering questions and routing inquiries to the appropriate team members., • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing materials for prospective and existing clients., • Track pipeline activity and coordinate with operations to ensure loans are progressing through underwriting and closing in a timely manner., • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company loan products, eligibility requirements, and pricing tools., • Collaborate with underwriting, disclosures, and funding teams to resolve documentation or status issues., • Support the onboarding process for new brokers and correspondents, including gathering necessary documents and setting up access to systems., • Monitor and update CRM and sales tracking tools with accurate client and loan-level information., • 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, sales, mortgage, or financial services role preferred., • Knowledge of Non-QM lending products is a plus but not required., • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask., • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal., • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment., • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is a plus., • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)., • Self-motivated team player with a strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
