About the job 1. Builds and strengthens business relationships for future bookings. Activities include sales calls, and able to generate business from domestic and international leisure and corporate markets. 2. Interacts with travel agencies, corporate and direct guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service level and escalate to Sales Head and Hotel GM & CGM. 3. Attends and contributes to all meetings as required. 4. Hours: 46hrs / 8 Shifts Weekly - Overtime paid in addition to contracted hours Salary: £26,000 - 28,000 D.O.E We are considering both entry levels and experienced chefs (preferably with a French cuisine background?).
