Role responsibilities: • Proactive, complex diary management across multiple senior stakeholders, • End-to-end international travel coordination, • Engaging confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including institutional investors and senior leadership, • Leading or supporting the planning and execution of high-profile team events, • Expense and invoice management (SAP Concur), • Preparing documentation ahead of meetings, • Working closely with wider teams to ensure seamless, joined-up coverage Role requirements: • 3+ years' of Executive Assistant experience within financial or professional services, • Expert-level Outlook calendar management across time zones and multiple stakeholders, • Confident with complex international travel, • Proficient in MS Office and SAP Concur, • Collaborative and able to build strong relationships quickly across all levels, • Exceptional attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information Why apply You'll be joining a dynamic, growing business with genuine career development and the chance to make a real impact within a team that treats executive support as strategic, not transactional.
