We're Sodo Pizza and we're hiring for a Head Pizza Chef to run our Hoxton pub pizzeria from Monday to Friday. The odd Saturday might be needed here and there but you'll always get your Sunday off (the pizzeria is closed). We are looking for a Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef as his number 2. Laxeiro has made its reputation making home cooked Spanish food. Knowledge in Spanish food is important but not essential. The job consists of general chef duties. 5 days per week split into 2 shifts per day with a break between lunch and dinner.
