Ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements and relevant housing legislation. Working closely with internal departments, contractors and external partners. About You The successful candidate will have proven experience within social housing, responsive repairs, property maintenance, construction or a similar operational environment . You will ideally have: Strong knowledge of property maintenance and building compliance. Experience managing a repairs, maintenance or construction team. Proven experience delivering responsive repairs and/or voids maintenance. Good knowledge of Awaab's Law, HHSRS, the Decent Homes Standard and Health & Safety legislation . Experience managing operational KPIs and driving service improvements. Strong leadership, communication and customer-service skills. A coaching-led approach to people management and development. Confidence using digital systems and performance data. The ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments. A CIH Level 3 qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
