Digital Product Leader – Shape the Future of a Global Platform Location: Central London (2–3 days/week onsite) Salary: £90,000+ + benefits We’re working exclusively with a well-established organisation operating across multiple international markets, currently undertaking a significant transformation of its digital platforms. With 100+ customer-facing sites, they’re looking to bring in an experienced Digital Product Leader to help shape the next phase of platform evolution introducing agile practices, embedding AI-led capabilities, and ensuring a consistently excellent user experience across a complex, distributed environment. This is a critical and high-impact role, reporting directly into senior leadership and with full ownership of product strategy across web, content and SEO. The Opportunity As Digital Product Manager, you’ll take strategic ownership of a large-scale web platform that spans 100+ individual websites and supports high-value customer journeys across multiple regions. While the websites are not transactional in nature, they play a vital role in lead generation, brand engagement, and user onboarding. This is an exciting chance to assess the current state of play - both technically and operationally - and help define the future roadmap, introducing structured agile processes, platform health reviews, and AI-driven enhancements to modernise how content is created, managed, and personalised. You’ll work alongside long-tenured, capable team members but bring a fresh perspective, strategic mindset, and empathetic leadership style to evolve the platform and ways of working. You’ll be at the centre of shaping: • A clear, modern digital product strategy, • Agile, scalable ways of working across internal and offshore teams, • Smarter AI/ML applications to elevate SEO, content management and UX, • Platform health assessments and improvement initiatives, • Better integration of marketing, content, and development workflows What They’re Looking For ✔ Proven experience leading digital products across complex, multi-site environments (e.g. retail, media, education, hospitality) ✔ Strong grasp of user journeys, onboarding flows, and content-rich web ecosystems ✔ Hands-on experience introducing or scaling agile methodologies ✔ Exposure to AI/ML in a content or SEO context or a strong interest in applying AI practically ✔ Empathetic leadership style with the confidence to challenge legacy thinking constructively ✔ Experience working with or overseeing offshore development teams ✔ A background in digital product management ✔ A pragmatic and delivery-focused mindset, able to prioritise and build momentum Ready to Shape a Global Digital Platform?
