About the Role As a key member of the Community Planning team youll provide administrative support across multiple services including Youth Library and Heritage Rangers Events and broader Community Development programs. This is a fast-paced rewarding role where your ability to multitask use initiative and work independently and as part of a team will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities • Provide broad administrative support including diary management travel bookings correspondence and document preparation., • Coordinate facility hire bookings ensuring smooth scheduling and communication with stakeholders., • Assist with the creation of posters letters presentations and reports to promote community programs and initiatives., • Support procurement processes (quotes purchase orders requisitions), • Maintain accurate records and assist with updates to corporate documents and templates., • Liaise effectively with internal teams external stakeholders and community members., • Support event coordination and contribute to the success of community development projects., • A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision, • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment, • Strong time management and organisational skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, • High-level proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint), • Strong attention to detail with a customer-first mindset This is a great opportunity to develop your career while making a meaningful contribution to the local community.
