About the Role A (BESS) Field Service Engineer assists with the Device research and testing protocols; write battery testing schedules; install production equipment or systems. This position requires proficiency in data entry, familiarity with sales order processing, updating excel spreadsheets with accounts and payroll information, speaking with customers over the phone helping with any queries. also previous experience in Sage would be an advantage Responsibilities * Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records * Manage incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy. * Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. * Organise office supplies and ensure the office environment is tidy and welcoming. * Collaborate with team members to support various administrative functions as needed. * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies. Requirements * Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. * Proficient in data entry with a strong attention to detail. * Familiarity with Sage * Data entry of sales orders * Processing invoices from Sage * Dealing with customers over the phone and problems missing orders outstanding invoice queries A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
