We are seeking a dynamic Senior IT Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our IT operations, ensuring our systems are as exceptional as our products. This pivotal role will shape and deliver our technology strategy, managing a hybrid (on premise/SaaS) IT environment that supports our head office departments, retail stores, wholesale operations, e-commerce platforms and global events. You will be the driving force behind maintaining our key business systems and data, IT infrastructure, IT security and digital tools, ensuring they empower our teams, delight our customers and keep us ahead in a fast-moving luxury retail landscape. From managing ERP reporting to supporting staff on site at high profile trade shows, you will combine technical expertise with commercial awareness, making technology a true enabler of our brand vision. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and maintain core IT business systems for day-to-day business operations, including but not limited to – SAP B1 (ERP), Shopify, SQL BI reporting, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure., • Provide day to day end user support (alongside MSP), resolving technical issues promptly to minimise downtime., • Act as the advocate for clear IT architecture and clear data structures as business systems evolve and develop, avoiding IT and data technical debt wherever possible., • Produce clear, proactive documentation for systems, processes and troubleshooting guides., • Support end to end business processes running on SAP B1 (ERP), from campaign planning and product creation through to MRP., • Lead and support Shopify operations end to end, including e-commerce, retail POS system, integrations and performance optimisation, as Shopify underpins our online and in store sales, inventory management and omnichannel customer experiences., • Support wholesale market operations, ensuring technology solutions meet commercial needs., • Provide front line retail store and head office support, ensuring smooth technology operations in both customer facing and internal environments., • Be the key point of contact for travelling trade shows, ensuring all IT, POS and connectivity requirements are met for seamless event operations., • Manage relationships with third party vendors and oversee Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure service quality and value., • Mentor and train employees across the wider business, building digital capability, improving technology adoption and fostering a culture of continuous learning., • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data, systems and networks., • Oversee IT infrastructure planning, maintenance and upgrades to support business growth and resilience., • Manage network infrastructure alongside MSP, with a focus on Cisco Meraki technologies, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity across all sites. Required Skills & Qualifications • Experience with retail business systems – ERP (e.g. SAP, NetSuite), e-commerce, POS, warehouse, CRM and BI tools., • Solid background in retail and head office IT operations, with hands on experience supporting both environments., • Strong organisational, problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences., • 3–5 years of IT/retail industry experience, with a track record of delivering results in fast paced, multi-site organisations., • Experience troubleshooting code / data issues and supporting interface development, and skilled in vendor and third-party management, including oversight of Managed Service Providers (MSPs)., • Proven ability to manage MSP workload and ticket queues effectively, ensuring timely resolution and service excellence., • Competence management., • Proven cybersecurity knowledge, including implementation of security best practices and compliance measures., • Knowledge of on premises network infrastructure and SaaS environments (e.g. Microsoft Azure)., • Experience in multi-site management, ensuring consistent technology standards and service delivery., • in budget management (OPEX and CAPEX), with the ability to plan, track and optimise IT spend., • Experience managing and influencing colleagues at all levels, including C suite stakeholders., • Knowledge of SQL for business reporting, • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and related Microsoft business applications. Preferred Skills • Database management or data management experience., • Familiarity with SAP B1 to support end to end business processes., • Experience with Shopify POS, • Experience in wholesale market operations and related technology solutions., • Exposure to trade show IT support, including POS and connectivity setup.
