Role Overview As a Fulfillment & Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing the packing, shipping, and logistics of customer orders. You will play a critical role in maintaining high fulfillment standards, ensuring timely deliveries, and optimizing our operations for efficiency. Key Responsibilities Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and liaise with suppliers to ensure availability of products. Shipping & Logistics: Coordinate with couriers and shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. Quality Control: Inspect products for accuracy and condition before shipping.
