Our team is led by property owners who understand the challenges landlords and investors face, and we are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and elevate our brand presence. Role Overview As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate new business opportunities. This includes: • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage high-value landlords, investors, and property owners through LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking events., • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients and referral partners (e.g., accountants, solicitors, architects)., • Client Engagement: Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the Director, ensuring a seamless handover., • Flexible Working Hours: 20 hours/week with the autonomy to structure your schedule to maximise productivity., • Competitive Remuneration: £14/hour base salary plus uncapped 10% commission on all first-year earnings from clients you bring in., • Career Growth: Opportunities to transition into a full-time role and eventually build and lead your own business development team., • Professional Development: Ongoing training and mentorship to help you succeed and grow within the company.
