Ideally experienced within Home Improvements (or similar!) . Ideally, experience of recruiting self-employed Sales Professionals. Highly motivated, with the natural ability to motivate & guide people to achieve targets. Meet strict deadlines in a targeted sales environment. Excellent negotiation skills. Experience of remote meetings/sales appointments, although not essential. Have a proactive approach and results driven. Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours .
