Location: Cincinnati, OH 45244 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2nd Shift (exact hours to be confirmed) Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Industrial Electrician & Auto-Pack Systems Technician I to join our 2nd Shift team. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining and repairing electrical and pneumatic systems across our manufacturing floor. Primary Responsibilities • Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using hand and power tools., • Troubleshoot and repair AC/DC circuits, control voltage systems, and central power systems., • Rebuild pneumatic control systems and control panels, replacing obsolete components (e.g., valves, actuators, PLCs, relays, contactors, transformers)., • Install and wire equipment from blueprints and update prints as needed., • Use testing devices (ohmmeters, voltmeters, oscilloscopes, laptops) to diagnose issues and work with PLCs using Ladder Logic., • High school diploma or GED preferred., • 2–5 years of experience with high-voltage electrical repairs., • Mechanical maintenance or electrician certificate required; licensed industrial electrician preferred., • 1–4 years of experience troubleshooting high-voltage manufacturing equipment., • Strong working knowledge of high-voltage electricity and electrical safety., • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams., • Capable of rebuilding control panels and restoring equipment to production quickly., • Must furnish own set of standard hand tools., • Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 75 pounds throughout the shift., • Comfortable working in non-temperature-controlled environments with exposure to noise, dirt, and fumes., • Competitive starting salary with opportunities for advancement., • Medical, dental, and vision insurance., • 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting., • Paid time off granted weekly., • 9–11 paid holidays annually., • Tuition reimbursement for continuing education.
