Responsible for exercising discretion and independent judgment in planning, scheduling, coordinating, controlling, directing activities of all service operational resources. You are responsible for assigning personnel/technician to booked appointments. Handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. You must be a self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people type person. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. Specific Responsibilities: • Scheduling and dispatching technicians, work crews, vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs, • Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from technicians, work crews, supervisors or sales personnel, • Using telephones, email, or text messages to contact customers, employees or company personnel, • Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment, • Preparing daily work such as schedules, • Preparing work orders for installation and service, • Logistically plan daily jobs, routes, and work flow to maximize customer satisfaction and efficiency, • Provide back up support by performing Customer Service Representative duties, as needed, • Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner and schedule appointments, • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positionsJob Requirements:, • Minimum two years of admin experience, • Logistical mindset, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills, • Positive Attitude, • Team player who can work independently, • General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office like Excel, • Familiar with CRM database; Service Titan experience a huge plus
