Job Description Job Summary: Seeking an organized and proactive Commercial Association Manager to manage 35–40 small commercial condominium associations. This role oversees daily property management operations, coordinates accounting using QuickBooks Enterprise with the support of a bookkeeper, and reports to a partner supervisor for each association. The ideal candidate excels at juggling multiple priorities, has strong communication skills, and can manage vendor relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned commercial condo associations., • Coordinate with a bookkeeper to ensure accurate financial records, budgeting, and reporting using QuickBooks Enterprise., • Serve as the primary point of contact for association boards, tenants, and vendors., • Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair work through our established vendor network., • Address and resolve property management issues promptly and professionally., • Ensure compliance with association rules, regulations, and relevant laws., • Proven experience in property management, preferably in commercial or condominium settings., • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and property management software., • Experience managing vendor relationships and scheduling maintenance., • Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating with supervisors., • Work with a dynamic team managing multiple commercial properties., • Access to an established vendor network to streamline maintenance and repairs., • Opportunity for professional growth in a growing property management firm.Company DescriptionA family run real estate firm located in Miami, Florida that has been in business since 1963, exclusively handling industrial, retail, commercial, acreage and investment properties throughout the state of Florida.
