Job Title: Cupid Analyst Location: Hybrid-1 week/month-1855 Folsom St, San Francisco Pay: Max bill rate: *** • Schedule:, • 0800-1700 PST, • Specific Experience, Background, and/or Qualifications:, • Cupid certification and a strong Cupid background (implementation as well as support), • Certification in Radiant, • Support the on-call rotation for both applications, • Certificates and/or Licenses Required:, • Epic Cupid and Radiant certifications, • Job Function Summary:, • Design, build, test, and implement clinical application systems, • Provide support to clinical users through knowledge of clinical processes, documentation needs, workflows, and clinical practice standards, • Work with clinicians to create or adapt written protocols, • Prepare detailed specs encompassing clinical processes, information flow, risk, and impact analysis, • Provide customer service, troubleshooting, and maintenance, • Generic Scope:, • Experienced professional with in-depth understanding of the professional field, • Independently performs the full range of responsibilities within the function, • Possesses broad job knowledge, • Analyzes problems/issues of diverse scope and determines solutions, • Custom Scope:, • Applies skills as a seasoned clinical applications professional to projects of medium size at all levels of complexity, or portions of large projects, • Key Responsibilities:, • Function as the primary support contact and expert for technology solutions used within the cardiology service lines, • Work under the direction of the Team Lead and/or Manager to configure, build & install applications, • Coordinate all issues that arise during the project for their application area, • Analyze workflows and understand policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operations supported by the applications, • Investigate and document operational specifications and application functionality, • Analyze new releases to determine how workflow should be modified, • Build and populate databases and tables during initial system configuration, • Conduct system testing and conversion data validation, • Develop and document internal procedures and establish change control processes for the application, • User Training and Support:, • Develop user training aids and train end users in workflow and use of applications, • Function as the primary contact to troubleshoot problems and questions from end-users during training, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing support (7x24), • Skills and Attributes:, • Skilled communicator who makes decisions independently and in collaboration with others up and down the project structure, • Attention to detail is a critical skill for this position, • Enjoy helping other users learn and adapt to the use of technology solutions
