Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Business Account Specialist to support our corporate clients with their ordering and account needs. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for business accounts, managing orders, tracking data, and ensuring accuracy from start to finish. This position requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage reporting and order data. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare, review, and process invoices with accuracy and efficiency. * Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve discrepancies. * Maintain accurate billing records, reports, and financial documentation. * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing aligns with contracts and project timelines. * Respond to client inquiries related to billing, payments, and account status in a professional manner. * Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes as needed. * Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations. Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related accounting/finance role. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with billing or ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) preferred. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment. * High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
