Job Description In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily shipping operations to ensure that orders are processed accurately, packed efficiently, and shipped on time. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience with logistics coordination, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy of outgoing and incoming orders. * Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery. * Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels. * Verify accuracy of orders against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies. * Maintain inventory accuracy by updating system records and conducting routine counts. * Communicate with internal teams and vendors regarding shipping requirements, schedules, and any issues that arise. * Ensure compliance with company policies, carrier requirements, and safety regulations. * Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce shipping errors. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred. * 1–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics coordination. * Familiarity with shipping software, ERP systems, and carrier portals (UPS, FedEx, LTL). * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
