This person will serve as the owner’s right hand in the field and help lead our HVAC installation and construction projects while mentoring and developing the installation team. Compensation: $100,000+ yearly Responsibilities: • Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation and construction projects, • Oversee installation quality, jobsite organization, and field execution, • Train, mentor, and support installers and apprentices, • Work directly with the owner to help manage field operations, • Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, • Help improve processes, consistency, and team performance, • Set a positive tone on jobsites through patience, accountability, and professionalismQualifications:, • Strong HVAC installation experience, • Proven leadership in the field, • Ability to train, teach, and mentor less experienced team members, • High standards for workmanship and attention to detail, • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, • Organized, dependable, and team-oriented, • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferredAbout Company We are a close-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together, doing quality work, and taking on cool projects.
