Job Description We are recruiting for a Receptionist/Office Assistant for a non-profit firm in New York. This is a temp-perm opportunity that requires working five days a week onsite in the office (Monday through Friday). In addition to possessing excellent customer service skills, person must be computer savvy and have great administrative skills. RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide front desk support; greeting guests, visitors, delivery personnel and maintain tidiness of office/kitchen spaces, • Provide excellent customer service, answering/directing phone calls and responding to email inquiries, • Sort and distribute mail/packages including USPS and FedEx Pickups, • Order and restock office, kitchen, tech supplies, and keep track of inventory, • Assist with troubleshooting office equipment issues and escalate to appropriate vendors, • Oversee vendors responsible for shred bins, pick-ups, office cleaning, etc., • Assist with troubleshooting AV issues in conference rooms, escalating to IT vendor as necessary, • Serve as a main contact for building inquiries and announcements EXPERIENCE • Minimum one year of experience in an office administration or customer service role, • Undergraduate degree, • Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom, • Must be a team player, detail oriented and able to multitask Company DescriptionThe Bachrach Group LTD.
