POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Hotline is responsible for the leadership of staff providing quality, crisis intervention services through the 24-hour hotline program for victims/survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking. This position is responsible for the everyday operation and delivery of services of the 24-hour hotline, including providing for the training, supervision and development of staff, volunteers and interns. This position is also responsible for meeting grant requirements and program development. SUPERVISION RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for the hiring, training, development and supervision of all program staff. The Director is also responsible for supervising program interns and volunteers. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: The ideal candidate must have knowledge of survivor-centered, trauma-informed, and advocacy-based interventions with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking that are rooted in anti-oppression values and the empowerment model.
