Job DescriptionThis Legal Receptionist & Switchboard (Hospitality-Focused) Position Features: Duration: Temp to Hire Location: Miami, FL (Onsite) 33131 Pay Rate: $20–$22/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a polished, customer-focused professional to support front desk reception, hospitality, and office services within a law firm environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience while supporting day-to-day office operations. Note: Candidates with hospitality or concierge experience are highly preferred. Legal background profiles (e.g., paralegals, legal admins) are not preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a professional and welcoming demeanor, • Answer and manage incoming calls using proper phone etiquette, • Schedule and coordinate conference rooms, meetings, and office visits, • Set up meeting spaces with required supplies, catering, and beverages, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception, conference rooms, and kitchen areas, • Order and manage office and hospitality supplies, • Handle mail, shipping, scanning, and light administrative tasks, • Support office operations and facilities-related requests, • Provide concierge-style services (local recommendations, guest assistance, etc.), • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal teams and clients Qualifications • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge, reception, or office support roles, • Strong customer service and communication skills, • Professional appearance and demeanor, • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), • Self-motivated with a proactive and team-oriented attitude, • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform moderate walking/standing Additional Information • Business casual dress code, • Parking provided, • Flexibility required for occasional early or late shifts, • No driving required Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: The pay transparency policy is available here: For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, the Company is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
