The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable connectivity, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing infrastructure modernization efforts. The team ensures mission critical systems are operating securely 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork Operations & Engineering• Design, deploy, and administer LAN/WAN/SD-WAN infrastructure, wireless networks, and cloud-based networking solutions and environments• Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, and Wireshark; identify and resolve bottlenecks, outages, improvement opportunities, security vulnerabilities, and efficiency improvements. • Support network hardware lifecycle management including routers, switches, firewalls (including Checkpoint, and Cisco ASA), and wireless access points. • Participate in network upgrades, patching, and configuration changes with minimal downtime. • Maintain accurate documentation including network diagrams, configuration records, and change logs.
