Job Summary: This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating IT projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, facilitate testing, and monitor project progress to ensure successful delivery. The IT Project Assistant will act as a key liaison between stakeholders, developers and vendors to address challenges and maintain alignment. This role will provide guidance on procurement, contract negotiation, and compliance to support strategic objectives. Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage multiple IT projects establishing timelines, allocating resources, and mitigating risks to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for IT-enabled payment workflows and other software enhancements., • Serve as a liaison between business users, developers to drive clear communication, timely issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment across the project lifecycle., • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collected stakeholder feedback, and implemented improvements to ensure solutions met usability and functional requirements., • Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases, reducing post-deployment defects and increasing system reliability., • Perform other duties as requested or assigned. Education: • Bachelor’s degree required in Information Technology, business administration, or related field., • Minimum 1–2 years of professional work experience in administrative, coordination, or office support roles., • Experience as business analyst in the IT or other related industry., • Experience with projects intersecting with company policy preferred, but not required., • Experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and training, • Highly inquisitive mindset, initiatives to problem solving., • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with various internal and external stakeholders., • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
