Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves manual labor, material handling, and assisting with the organization and movement of inventory to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: * Load, unload, and move materials, products, and packages within the warehouse * Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment * Assist with inventory organization and basic stock counts * Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (forklift experience a plus) * Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards * Follow company safety procedures and guidelines at all times * Assist supervisors and team members with general warehouse tasks as needed Qualifications: * Must be Bilingual * Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods * Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Previous warehouse or labor experience preferred, but not required Work Environment: * Warehouse setting with varying temperatures * Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks Schedule: * Full-time * 8am - 5pm may vary * Overtime may be required based on workload EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED is required.
