Job Description: Addison Group is actively seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal with Mass Tort experience for our client located in Dallas, TX. This role will support a high-volume legal team managing complex multi-jurisdictional cases, particularly in areas such as asbestos litigation and rideshare/sexual assault matters. The ideal candidate will bring significant litigation expertise, especially in large-scale case management, discovery, and trial prep. This is an onsite position offering a fast-paced environment and long-term potential for the right fit. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a high volume of active litigation files, including document tracking and deadline oversight, • Coordinate directly with clients, attorneys, and legal staff to ensure timely progression of cases, • Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence, • Prepare for hearings and trials, including exhibit and document preparation, • Support attorneys during the discovery process including gathering, reviewing, and producing relevant materials, • Maintain comprehensive and organized case files and litigation databases, • Conduct legal research and provide case updates to internal teams, • Assist in case resolution processes including settlement coordination and follow-up documentationQualifications:, • Minimum 6 years of paralegal experience in mass tort litigation, • Strong background handling asbestos or complex tort litigation preferred, • Proficiency in state and federal court filing procedures Addison Group provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
