Launch Phase Responsibilities (Pre-Opening: 3 Months) Pre-Sales & Community Engagement • Execute comprehensive pre-sale strategy to achieve founding member enrollment targets before opening, • Develop strategic partnerships with gyms, yoga studios, fitness centers (F45, Orangetheory, etc.), med spas, health food stores, chiropractors, physical therapists, and corporate wellness programs, • Plan and execute grassroots marketing initiatives including pop-up events, tabling, health fairs, and community gatherings, • Recruit, interview, and hire 6-8 part-time staff members who align with RISE values, • Develop comprehensive onboarding covering brand standards, customer service, sales techniques, sauna operations, safety, and systems (Mindbody, Axle), • Identify high-potential team members for future Assistant Manager roles, • Oversee final studio preparations, equipment testing, inventory management, and operational readiness Leadership & Team Development • Lead, coach, and develop team of 6-8 part-time staff; provide daily coaching and feedback., • Conduct performance reviews, goal-setting sessions, and identify candidates for Assistant Manager promotion, • Create optimized weekly schedules; foster positive team culture through recognition and team-building Sales, Revenue & Member Growth • Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with guests, conducting tours, and closing memberships, • Monitor and drive KPIs: studio revenue, lead-to-first-visit conversion, membership conversion, customer retention, and staff turnover reduction, • Implement local marketing, referral programs, member events, and promotional campaigns, • Track financial performance metrics and provide regular reporting to ownership Operations & Member Experience • Maintain impeccable studio presentation, cleanliness, and organization; ensure saunas are properly maintained and ready, • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards; manage inventory and vendor relationships, • Create warm, welcoming environment; build authentic relationships with members and resolve issues with empathy, • Oversee front desk operations, member check-in, payment processing, and service requests Required • 3-5 years leadership experience in fitness, wellness, spa, hospitality, or boutique studio environments, • Proven track record leading teams to measurable sales and service results, • Experience managing 5-10+ employees with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management responsibilities Proficiency with Mindbody and Axle (or similar CRM/POS systems) Bachelors Degree in a related field of study Essential Skills & Attributes • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication abilities, • Sales-driven mindset with consultative approach; strong business acumen with understanding of KPIs, • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptive in fast-paced environments, • Entrepreneurial ownership mentality; genuine passion for wellness and helping others, • Open availability: early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; occasional travel (up to 10%) Membership Commission: Earn commission for each new member enrolled Quarterly Bonus: $2,000$10,000 (annualized) based on KPI achievement Complimentary iRitual Membership: $199/month value + employee discounts Total Anticipated Compensation Range: $58,000$72,000+ Why Join Perspire Sauna Studio • We hire strong leaders and support professional development with advancement opportunities, • Great performance is rewarded; we promote from within whenever possible, • Join a fun, supportive team where wellness, service, and personal growth are at the heart of everything we do, • Make meaningful impact helping members improve their health and quality of life dailyPerspire Sauna Studio of Westport Village is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment.
