Job Description Account Manager, Enterprise (Hospitality Technology) We’re seeking an Account Manager, Enterprise to manage relationships with high-value, multi-unit restaurant groups. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner—helping clients optimize their use of a leading hospitality management platform that streamlines restaurant operations, accounting, and cost control. What You’ll Do * Serve as the main point of contact for multi-unit clients, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth. * Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and align platform capabilities with business goals. * Identify opportunities for account expansion through new product offerings and integrations. * Lead renewals and contract discussions, ensuring long-term success. * Partner with internal teams—support, onboarding, and product—to deliver a seamless client experience. * Conduct strategic business reviews and train clients on advanced product features. * Apply deep knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, and financials to improve client outcomes. What You’ll Bring * Extensive experience in full-service, multi-unit restaurant management (GM, Director of Ops, or similar). * Hands-on knowledge of restaurant management systems, POS platforms, and accounting integrations. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Experience in account management, customer success, or sales. * Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite; CRM experience (Salesforce, ChurnZero) a plus.
