Job Description Summary: The Sr. Equipment Finance Documentation Administrator maintains the Equipment Finance loan documentation and closing process in accordance with the approved policies & procedures within the Equipment Finance group. The incumbent prepares documentation within the terms and conditions of the approved CAM. Coordinates booking, closing, and funding processes. Performs post-closing functions. Assists the Compliance Department during annual audits. Job Responsibilities: Document Management: • Prepares & distributes documents to borrowers, • Follows up with borrowers for any document deficiencies., • Prepares DMV documents and coordinates with dealer/broker to place Columbia’s lien on title., • Verifies no existing liens are on equipment prior to financing., • Obtains and follows up for insurance prior to closing., • Obtains invoices from vendors., • Monitors the equipment closing pipeline., • Performs equipment finance closings as assigned, • Ensures transactions are efficiently distributed and processed in a timely manner., • Inputs all closed loans into the Bank’s DNA system and verifies entries for accuracy., • Inputs supporting loan file documentation into the Bank’s document imaging system and prepares closing file for post-closing review., • Performs post-equipment closing related activities such as receipt of all required recorded documentation, policies, and completion of collateral files., • Assists the Compliance Department during annual audits., • Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned., • Assists the department supervisor in ensuring the department is in accordance with the approved policies and procedures within the Equipment Finance group., • 5 years Banking experience., • 3 years experience in the Equipment Finance industry., • Experience with various State DMV procedures for filing titles., • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel., • Excellent customer service skills., • Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy., • Organizational skills with ability to keep track of workload., • Ability to work independently, once trained, to complete work on a timely basis., • Bachelor’s Degree., • Medical, Dental, Vision and Rx which are contributory., • Bonus programs., • Employee Stock Option Program (ESOP)., • Life Insurance, Long Term Disability and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (LTD&AD&D)., • Paid Time Off (PTO) which includes Personal and Vacation Time., • Paid Sick Time., • Bank Holidays., • This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home, based on business needs.
