What Youll Be Doing -Immediate Supervisor General Repair Shop Manager • Hits weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly sales goals, • Oversees the day-to-day business operations except finance and marketing, ensure that each tech are booked & producing 40+ billed hours weekly., • Sets production targets for service areas of the business on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and sees that they are met., • Helps handle any customer issues that the Service Advisor could not resolve to the satisfaction of the customer, • Sees that the shop runs efficiently, • Ensures adherence to company policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards. Digital inspections are done to exceptional workshop standards., • Hires, onboards, and trains the needed staff to ensure the company's production and profitability goals are met., • Sees that all employees have a personalized training plan and monitors progress from start to finish, ensuring employees can professionally perform the skills required for their positions., • Maintains and safe and healthy work environment that complies with OSHA standards.
