This role requires a strong blend of technical accounting expertise, leadership, and business acumen to ensure accurate financial management and provide strategic insights to guide decision-making. The Finance & Accounting Manager will supervise a team of accounting professionals and collaborate with cross-functional departments to support growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions, • Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS, • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, • Lead the annual budgeting process, including preparation, consolidation, and presentation to senior leadership, • Monitor financial performance, conduct variance analyses, and provide actionable insights, • Build financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow scenarios, • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, tax filings, and internal financial policies, • Maintain and strengthen internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy of financial data, • Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes, • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accountants and finance staff, • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth, • Act as a financial advisor to senior management, providing insights on business performance, risks, and opportunities, • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and other functions to align financial planning with business objectives, • Support strategic initiatives, including system implementations, process improvements, and special projects, • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred), • CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification strongly preferred, • 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, financial reporting, and compliance requirements, • Advanced proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel, • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations, • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, • Strategic financial planning, • Analytical thinking and problem-solving, • Leadership and team development, • Business partnering and cross-functional collaboration, • Strong written and verbal communication, • Ethical judgment and decision-making Interested in hearing more?
