The Developer Analyst is responsible for translating business needs into effective technical solutions. This role involves designing, coding, implementing, and maintaining software systems that support business operations. Working under the direction of the IT Manager, the Developer Analyst serves as both a problem solver and a technical advisor, analyzing requirements, optimizing processes, and ensuring system reliability and scalability. THE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)., • 5+ years of professional experience in software development using .NET, C#, and SQL., • Strong front-end experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular and jQuery., • Experience building and consuming Web APIs and working with RESTful architectures., • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and MVC design patterns., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This position is based in our Novi, MI facility. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
