Facilities Project Specialist Location Bedford, TX | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • Up to $35/hr. BOE, • Monday – Friday | Standard business hours (flexibility as needed), • Temp-to-perm | W2, • Start date: TBD Job Description The Facilities Project Specialist drives the successful execution of facilities and construction-related projects that directly support operational continuity and organizational growth. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Success is measured by effective coordination, accurate reporting, proactive issue resolution, and strong cross-functional collaboration. • Coordinate and manage facilities and construction projects from initiation through completion, • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, tracking, and reporting to ensure successful delivery, • Ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State, Health & Safety, and Environmental regulations, • Partner with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to execute project plans, • Maintain accurate project documentation and manage sensitive information with discretion, • Associate’s degree required; certification in Facilities, Construction, or related field preferred, • 5+ years of experience in a facilities or construction environment, • Strong project management expertise including scheduling, budgeting, execution, and vendor coordination, • Experience working with building systems including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical, and mechanical systems, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), and BAS (Building Automation Systems), • Understanding of environmental regulations, chemical handling practices, and workplace safety standards Preferred Skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #Southlake123 Legal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
