Job Description JOB SUMMARY:The Senior Project Manager leads and manages multiple complex, high-visibility enterprise projects. This role is responsible for driving project execution, improving project management processes, and ensuring delivery excellence across the portfolio. The position collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes and strategic value. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Project & Program Leadership • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex projects and programs, • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined value outcomes, • Manage multiple concurrent projects across the enterprise Portfolio & Governance, • Manage and report on projects across all portfolio stages, • Support portfolio prioritization, sequencing, and resource capacity planning, • Establish and maintain project governance, standards, and best practices Financial Management, • Oversee project financials including forecasting, accruals, reporting, and variance analysis, • Develop financial models and evaluate cost vs. benefit scenarios Process Improvement & Strategy, • Define and enhance project management methodologies, tools, and metrics, • Develop KPIs, SLAs, and reporting frameworks, • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices Stakeholder Management & Communication, • Collaborate with business leaders, executives, and project teams, • Prepare and present executive-level communications and reports, • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and cross-functional discussions Leadership & Mentorship, • Provide leadership and build trust across PMO and project teams, • Coach and mentor project managers, • Support organizational change management initiatives Strategic Advisory, • Advise leadership on planning, prioritization, risks, and business impact, • Support annual and multi-year planning processes, • Ensure alignment between business priorities and project execution REQUIRED SKILLS:, • Strong project and program management expertise, • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, • Expertise in project governance, KPIs, and reporting, • Ability to manage ambiguity and complex environments, • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities EXPERIENCE:, • Extensive experience managing complex, enterprise-level projects and programs, • Proven leadership experience managing teams, projects, or departments, • Advanced degree (MBA or related), • Professional certifications (PMI/PMP, BRMP, or similar), • Portfolio management experience, • Experience in utility industry (preferred), • Consulting or multidisciplinary experience, • Experience in vendor management and organizational design Education: Masters Degree Company DescriptionCompunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
