Role Nigel James Associates have been appointed to recruit for a Financial Planner opportunity with a well-respected national wealth group. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Financial Planner looking for their next move. You'll be taking over an existing bank of HNW clients whilst also building your business through networking and developing relationships with professional introducers. It's a proper balance - you'll have an established client bank to work with from day one, giving you immediate engagement opportunities, but also the scope and support to grow your own book through your connections and business development skills. The business is growing rapidly with strong financial backing and a clear vision for the future. They focus on helping clients plan for a life well lived, supporting them through every stage of their financial journey. What's Required? • Level 4 qualified as a minimum (ideally working towards Chartered or already Chartered), • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Independent Financial Adviser, • Experience managing HNW clients, • Strong technical financial planning knowledge across wealth management, pensions, protection, and investments, • Excellent client relationship and communication skills, • Entrepreneurial attitude with ability to adapt to changing market requirements, • This role suits someone who's confident with existing clients but also enjoys getting out there, building connections, and developing the business.
