A growing, multi-site organisation is looking for a Corporate IT Manager to take ownership of its internal technology function. Based in Sheffield, this is a predominantly office-based role (circa 4 days per week), reporting directly to the Managing Director, offering £50,000–£65,000 + £5,000 car allowance. You will take ownership of internal IT across the business, covering end-user computing, systems, security and overall IT direction. Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership and Strategy Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards Financial Management and Reporting Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Manage audits, tax compliance, and statutory reporting Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements Cash Flow and Cash Allocation Oversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity management Ensure optimal cash allocation across operational needs Manage banking relationships, funding arrangements, and treasury activities Approve payments in line with company cash flow strategy Credit Control & Accounts Receivable Lead and develop a strong credit control function Establish and enforce credit policies and procedures Monitor debtor balances, aging reports, and collection performance Oversee escalation and resolution of overdue accounts Work closely with sales and operations to improve billing and collections processes Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team Drive high performance and continuous improvement Foster collaboration with other departments Key Skills & Experience Significant senior finance leadership experience Strong expertise in cash flow management, cash allocation, and credit control Experience managing working capital and improving collections Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills Strong knowledge of financial systems and ERP platforms Benefits: Company pension Free parking On-site parking TPBN1_UKTJ
