You will be part of a team of colleagues based out of our Manchester office and work closely with other teams across the business from the inception of a project right the way through to the handover and aftercare of our customers new homes. The range of projects will vary from mixed-use, high-rise city centre regeneration to joint venture housing schemes. You will be taking a lead in ensuring that a strong project and programme management discipline is applied making sure we deliver in line with the vision, brief and business plan.
