Sales Executive – for Luxury adventure company Based in the Derby area with Hybrid options Salary around £30,000+ with £15000+ OTE(uncapped) Are you a sales-driven go-getter with a passion for travel, luxury and adventure? We're working with a luxury Travel Touring company. Who sell guided and self-guided tours across Europe, the Americas, Asia and beyond, they’re on a mission to keep growing—and you could be at the heart of it. Due to rapid expansion, they’re now hiring a dedicated Sales Executive to own inbound and outbound B2C sales, grow the customer base, and offer world-class service to both first-timers and returning adventurers. What You’ll Be Doing: • First point of contact for customer enquiries – by phone, email, and web – delivering best-in-class service., • Outbound sales & lead generation – following up warm leads, setting appointments, and converting interest into bookings., • Becoming a product expert, learning the ins and outs of each tour, destination, and package., • Managing your own sales pipeline and working towards individual KPIs with full autonomy., • Working collaboratively with reservations, marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey., • Contributing to a high-performance culture where effort, attitude and success are rewarded. Must-Have: • Background in selling travel products, either B2B or B2C sales as a travel consultant, reservations consultant, sales manager or sales executive, • Proven ability to hit targets and close deals., • Natural communicator – confident, personable, and persuasive., • Strong customer focus – you care about the experience, not just the sale., • Passion for touring/ adventure., • Experience using CRM systems, • £30,000+ base salary depending on experience, • Uncapped commission – realistic OTE £15,000+ (based on £25 per sale + bonuses), • Flexible working – 9–5 Mon–Fri initially, with hybrid/WFH later, incl. some late/weekend shifts for global customers (anything ooh will be from home)
