The Counter Criminal Capabilities (CCC) Programme will modernise HMRC's investigative capabilities through a variety of projects, intended to mitigate escalating threats from organised crime exploiting advanced technologies such as encryption, and enhancing our response to cyber-crime. Examples of the projects in scope of the programme include: • Maintaining Access to Criminal Intelligence (including oversight of secure estates reconfiguration, open-source research tooling, eDiscovery, covert capabilities, IoT exploitation), • Supporting the delivery of transformation projects or defined workstreams, • Assisting with the establishment and maintenance of project governance, controls, and reporting, • Maintaining project documentation, plans, RAID logs, and delivery schedules, • Supporting budget tracking, resource coordination, and dependency management, • Producing accurate and timely performance information to support decision making, • Engaging with stakeholders across teams to gather updates, track actions, and support delivery activity, • Experience supporting projects or workstreams within a transformation, change, or delivery environment, • Understanding of basic project delivery principles, governance, and lifecycle controls, • Experience managing or maintaining delivery information such as plans, risks, issues, actions, and reporting, • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and communicate clearly and professionally, • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines, • Benton Park View, Newcastle - moving to Pilgrims Quarter, Newcastle, • Leadership, • Communicating and Influencing, • Pension - We make contributions to our colleagues' Alpha pension equal to at least 28.97% of their salary., • Family friendly policies., • Personal support., • A name-blind CV including your job history., • Leadership, • Communicating and Influencing, • UK nationals, • nationals of the Republic of Ireland, • nationals of Commonwealth countries who have the right to work in the UK, • nationals of the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein and family members of those nationalities with settled or pre-settled status under the European Union Settlement Scheme (EUSS) (opens in a new window), • nationals of the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein and family members of those nationalities who have made a valid application for settled or pre-settled status under the European Union Settlement Scheme (EUSS), • individuals with limited leave to remain or indefinite leave to remain who were eligible to apply for EUSS on or before 31 December 2020
