These roles span Client Operations, Client Enablement, Investor Reporting, Corporate Actions, Data Governance, Risk & Compliance, AML, Billing, Settlements, and Business Transformation. Each role offers the opportunity to lead teams, shape strategy, strengthen control frameworks, and drive operational transformation at scale. About the Roles We are seeking experienced Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents to lead critical functions across Client Operations, Client Enablement, Investor Services, Corporate Actions, Risk & Compliance, and Operational Transformation. Each role will own strategic initiatives within their domain, improving client experience, strengthening governance and controls, and enhancing operational efficiency across global platforms. These positions offer senior leaders the opportunity to shape functional strategy, lead transformation programmes, and influence enterprise-wide outcomes in a high-impact environment. VP – Client Enablement Manager (Client Onboarding & Implementation) Lead end-to-end onboarding programmes for wealth clients, managing implementation journeys, improving onboarding processes, and optimising data flows and system integration. This role plays a key part in enhancing client experience while driving operational efficiency and scalable onboarding solutions. VP – Client Operations Manager Own client operations delivery and service performance across multiple workflows. Act as a senior escalation point for client issues, ensuring service excellence, operational stability, and continuous improvement across day-to-day operations. VP – Shareholder Services / Investor Reporting Oversee investor reporting and shareholder servicing functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality client delivery. Act as a senior client contact while driving enhancements in reporting processes and service models. VP – Corporate Actions Manager Lead corporate actions operations across global markets, ensuring accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and high-quality client service. Drive automation, process improvement, and operational resilience across the function. VP – Data Quality / Data Steward Own enterprise data governance and data quality frameworks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and control across operational data sets. Manage data incidents, define data standards, and act as escalation point for data integrity and risk issues. VP – Business Continuity & Incident Management Lead operational resilience frameworks, including business continuity planning, incident management, and crisis response. Ensure readiness for operational disruption events and regulatory compliance across global operations. VP – AML / Sanctions Manager Oversee AML and sanctions compliance programmes, ensuring adherence to UK and global regulatory frameworks. Manage financial crime risk, lead teams, and provide expert guidance on legislative and regulatory impact. VP – Settlements Manager Oversee securities settlement operations, including reconciliation, break resolution, and custodial interactions. Drive operational efficiency, control improvements, and timely settlement of global financial transactions. VP – Mutual Funds Manager Manage fund operations across dealing, settlements, AML due diligence, and fund lifecycle processes. Ensure service quality, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across mutual fund administration. VP – Tax Operations Manager Lead global tax operations, including withholding tax, tax reclaims, FATCA/CRS reporting, and regulatory tax compliance. Drive accuracy, process controls, and continuous improvement across tax servicing functions. VP – Transaction Reporting Specialist Ensure compliance with regulatory transaction reporting requirements (including EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR). Manage reporting accuracy, resolve issues, and partner with regulatory and operational stakeholders. VP – Operations Business Planning & Analysis Lead operational analytics, performance reporting, and strategic planning across Wealth Services Operations. Develop dashboards, insights, and automation solutions while driving AI and digital transformation initiatives. SVP – Billing Manager Lead billing operations and revenue control frameworks, ensuring pricing accuracy, control effectiveness, and revenue protection. Manage teams, resolve complex client escalations, and identify efficiency and automation opportunities. SVP – Control Manager / Client Asset Safety (CASS) Oversee client asset protection frameworks and ensure compliance with FCA CASS regulations and broader custody rules. Lead governance, risk mitigation, regulatory reporting, and audit readiness across client asset operations. Key Responsibilities (Across Roles) • Lead strategic initiatives across client operations, onboarding, reporting, risk, and control functions, • Act as a senior escalation point for clients, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, • Drive operational transformation, process improvement, and efficiency across global teams, • Strengthen governance, risk, and control frameworks in line with regulatory requirements, • Embed automation, digital tooling, and AI-enabled solutions into operational processes, • Oversee end-to-end service delivery within complex, high-volume financial environments, • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across multiple operational functions, • Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Client Relationship teams, • Ensure delivery of accurate, timely, and high-quality outputs across all operational areas, • Influence and contribute to enterprise-wide strategy and business outcomes, • Support regulatory readiness, audit processes, and ongoing compliance obligations Qualifications • Extensive experience in financial services (wealth management, custody, asset servicing, or operations), • Proven leadership experience, particularly at Vice President or Senior Vice President level, • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across senior internal and external audiences, • Deep expertise in one or more relevant domains (e.g. onboarding, investor reporting, corporate actions, AML, CASS, settlements, data governance, or tax operations), • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks including FCA rules, AML regulations, and client asset requirements (CASS), • Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing performance, and driving operational delivery, • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in complex environments, • Experience delivering process improvement, transformation, or change initiatives, • Ability to operate effectively in both strategic and hands-on leadership capacities, • Degree or equivalent professional experience required (relevant certifications advantageous, e.g. ACAMS, PMP, Lean Six Sigma), • Demonstrated interest in digital transformation, automation, and AI-enabled operational improvement Why Join This is a unique opportunity to step into high-impact leadership roles within a globally recognised financial services organisation undergoing significant transformation.
