Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth within various industry sectors. Key tasks include driving cross sales within the business, converting warm leads, market research, developing business strategies, reaching out to new clients, developing relationships, building the delivery team and preparing sales reports. The role requires collaboration with marketing and technical teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded. Effective communication and negotiation skills are vital for this role. Qualifications • Experience in Business Development, Market Research, and Sales Strategies, • Ability to foster and maintain client relationships, • Proficiency in preparing and presenting sales reports, • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, • Knowledge of industrial ventilation systems and related health and safety regulations is a plus, • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently, • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience The ideal candidate will have substantial experience of working in the LEV, mechanical building services, pharmaceutical, food manufacture, railway, education, or manufacturing sectors is beneficial.
