HR Director 📍 Plymouth | Full-Time | On-Site We are exclusively partnering with a rapidly growing, PE-backed compliance and services group to appoint an experienced HR Director during a key phase of strategic growth and acquisition activity. This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially minded HR professional who can scale people operations, strengthen leadership capability, and support ambitious growth plans. The Role Reporting to the COO, responsibilities will include: • Developing and delivering the HR strategy aligned to business growth, • Supporting organisational scaling and workforce planning, • Improving employee engagement, retention, and performance, • Building leadership development and succession planning frameworks, • Implementing KPI-led performance management, • Supporting M&A activity, including integration and cultural alignment, • Driving a high-performance culture across the organisation About You We are looking for: ✔ Senior HR leadership experience within a scaling organisation ✔ Strong commercial and operational mindset ✔ Experience leading organisational change and performance improvement ✔ Background in leadership development and employee engagement ✔ Experience within acquisitive or PE-backed environments advantageous ✔ CIPD Level 7 preferred This is an exciting opportunity to join a business with ambitious expansion plans and play a key role in shaping its future people strategy.
